RT spoke to a film-maker and activist Harry Fear in the embattled enclave,
who says civilians are bearing the brunt of the Israeli onslaught.

Iinnocent children and unarmed civil Palestinians being tortured under the cruel army of Israel. Nothing new for our brothers and sisters in Gaza.

These are real images. These are real people. The gazans are trapped as prisoners in their own lands by people whose own forefathers suffered under such tormenting conditions themselves, people who should be protecting civil liberties and celebrating united freedom, instead are the perpetrators of unjustice and war. Shame on them.
And shame on us if we dont try and help as best we can:

Organization of Islamic Cooperation strongly condemns
the Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip
The Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, strongly condemned the brutal aggression carried out by the Israeli occupation forces against Gaza Strip, which left scores martyred and wounded. He described this continuous military escalation a heinous crime and flagrant violation of the international norms and conventions and of international law, which would threaten regional stability and security.

The Secretary General blamed Israel, the occupying force, for the consequences of the continuation and escalation of its aggression and war crimes it is launching against the Palestinian people.

The Secretary General also called on the international community and the United Nations to uphold its responsibilities and intervene swiftly to stop this continuous Israeli military aggression against the Palestinian people and to compel Israel to respect International Law.

Summary: Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) is an association of 56 Islamic states gave strong condems to one "state" of Israel.

OIC : strongly condemned the brutal aggression grrrr ...

Arabs must use oil, political pressure, to help Gaza: Hezbollah
BEIRUT (Reuters) - Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah urged Arab states on Thursday to use all political means possible, including raising oil prices, to end Israeli air strikes on Gaza, suggesting this could be as effective as military attacks on the Jewish state.

The leader of Lebanon's powerful Shi'ite militant group, which fought a war with Israel in 2006, called on countries with ties to the United States and the West to pressure them to help stop the air strikes.

"No one is telling Arab countries today, 'Please go open your borders and begin the operation to liberate Palestine.' What we want is to end the attack on Gaza," Nasrallah said in a televised address to mark the first day of the Shi'ite holiday of Ashoura.

"This is everyone's battle ... We're not asking you for a solution, we're asking for effort."

Violence between Israel's armed forces and Palestinian militants in Gaza has moved towards an all-out war as violence continued for a second day, with 16 Palestinians and three Israelis killed.

Nasrallah said Arab countries close to Washington and other Western countries must urge them to exert pressure on Israel, the main U.S. ally in the Middle East, and said that the weakened American and European economies could give Arab countries more influence.

"Some say the Arabs don't have the courage to stop oil production," he said. "Decrease your oil exports to it or raise the price a little and you will shake the United States, you will shake Europe. Brothers, if you can't cut off oil, decrease your production or raise the price. Put on some pressure. No one is calling for armies or tanks or planes."

Hezbollah earlier condemned Israel's air strikes on Gaza, calling the attack a "criminal aggression" and said any country not working to stop the bloodshed was a partner in the violence. But it gave no signal that it was prepared to act against the Jewish state.

Many analysts suspect that Hezbollah, a powerful political and guerrilla movement in Lebanon, is loathe to start a conflict with Israel right now. Israel has threatened to bomb the nuclear sites of the group's main patron Iran and its supply routes through neighboring Syria may be at risk of being cut off by a bloody conflict that could topple its ally President Bashar al-Assad.

In 2006, Hezbollah fought Israel in a 34-day war in which 1,2000 people in Lebanon, mostly civilians, and 160 Israelis, mostly soldiers, were killed.

Israeli Operation against Gaza Continues amid Islamic Nations' Condemnation
2012-11-16 01:09:23     Xinhua       Web Editor: Mao
Israel's military operation against the Gaza Strip went on for a second day on Thursday with casualties reported on both sides as some Islamic nations voiced condemnation against the Jewish country.

The Palestinian enclave of Gaza came under fire Wednesday when Israel launched a series of airstrikes, which killed Islamic Hamas movement's armed wing commander Ahmed al-Jaabari, in response to Gaza militants' incessant rockets fired in to its southern part in the past few days.

The airstrikes marked the commencement of a military operation "Pillar of Defense," which aims to target Hamas' top leadership, as well as the organization's infrastructure in Gaza, including its stocks of rockets, training camps, rocket-launching sites and police stations.

The operation was met by Gaza militants' even more fierce rocket attacks towards Israel.

Ashraf al-Qedra, spokesman of the Hamas-run ministry of health, told reporters Thursday afternoon that since Wednesday afternoon, 13 Palestinians were killed and 145 injured.

Hamas said in a press statement emailed to reporters that seven of the 13 killed are civilians, including a pregnant woman, an 11- month-old child, a 3-year-old girl, a 65-year-old man and six Hamas militants (including al-Jaabari.)

The Islamic movement's armed wing, al-Qassam Brigades, said in a separate leaflets emailed to reporters that more than 250 short and long range rockets were fired on Israel; also, Hamas said Israeli warplanes carried out more than 90 airstrikes on various targets and militants all over the Gaza Strip.

In Israel, three civilians were killed and five others, including three soldiers, were wounded on Thursday. The three civilians, all from one family, died when a rocket hit their home in the city of Kiryat Malakhi, and the three soldiers are the first wounded military personnel since Israel launched the operation.

Moreover, A rocket from Gaza exploded near central Tel Aviv Thursday evening for the first time since the 1991 Gulf War, a witness near the point where the missile struck told Xinhua.

Also, Israeli politicians said they are suspending their election campaigns in light of the ongoing operation in the Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, leaders of the Islamic countries in the region voiced solidarity with the Palestinians and condemnation against Israel amid the escalation of violence between the two sides.

On Wednesday, Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi decided to recall his ambassador to Israel in protest against the Jewish country's military operation in Gaza, while the Arab League announced an emergency meeting of foreign ministers to be held on Saturday to tackle the situation.

On Thursday, Jordanian government spokesman Samih Maaytah said "This hostile policy by Israel will drag the region into the cycle of violence and stability again."

"Israel's aggression will undermine the path towards a political settlement and will cause instability in the region," he added, stressing the need for an immediate halt of the aggression on the strip and protecting the Palestinians.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast asked the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) member states to cut ties with Israel in light of the development and urged the international organizations and the human rights supporters to break "silence" on the attack.

Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement saying it "considers this dangerous escalation is unacceptable and that the continuation of these attacks could have disastrous consequences on the security and stability of the region."

At the General Conference of the Islamic Movement in Sudan, President Omar al-Bashir said "our brothers in Gaza are exposed to a heinous Zionist aggression" and "All Islamic nations are standing behind our brothers in Gaza."

Bashir's denouncement was echoed by Tunisian government who said, according to official TAP press agency, Israel's aggression "runs counter to all human rights and international conventions," and called on the international community "to compel Israel to cease hostilities against the unarmed Palestinian people."

Also, at a foreign minister meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Djibouti, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said that Ankara will take steps at international institutions, including the OIC, for necessary measures against Israel for its "aggressive position" against Gaza.

And those who disbelieve are allies to one another, (and) if you (Muslims of the whole world collectively) do not do so (i.e. become allies, as one united block with one Khalifah - chief Muslim ruler for the whole Muslim world to make victorious Allah's Religion of Islamic Monotheism), there will be Fitnah (wars, battles, polytheism, etc.) and oppression on earth, and a great mischief and corruption (appearance of polytheism).

O Gaza يا غزة Wahai Gaza

يا غزة يا غزة
O Gaza O Gaza!
يا غزة صبرا يا غزة
Be patient O Gaza.
يا غزة يا غزة
O Gaza O Gaza!
كوني بصمودك معتزة
Be proud of your resistance.
يا غزة يا غزة
O Gaza O Gaza!
موتي جوعا موتي صبرا
Die of hunger or patience.
شكواك إلى رب العزة
Your complaint is only to the Mighty.
يا غزة يا غزة
O Gaza O Gaza!
واصرخي في الأمة أن قومي
Cry out to the nation: wake up!
صلى للخالق أو صومي
Pray to the Creator or fast.
ما فك حصارك مخذولاً
Your siege will not be lifted by a languid,
غارق في بحر اللذة
sinking in a sea of pleasures.
ودم الشهداء سيسألنا
The martyrs blood will ask us;
من خان ومن يفرط منا
Who has betrayed and who was neglecting?
وسيحكى تاريخك عنا
Your history will relate about us.
اخترنا الحق أم النزوة
Have we chosen the truth or the whims?
وشهيد الفجر ينادينا
The witness of the dawn (muezzin) calls us.
بشهادة حق تحيينا
With the truth testimony that revive us (the azan).
لن ترفع راية أوطاني بالحق اكف مهتزة
The trembling hands will not raise my nations flag with truth.

Try not to cry
Sami Yusuf

You, you're not aware
That we're aware
Of your despair
Don't show your tears
To your oppressor
Don't show your tears

Try not to cry little one
You're not alone
I'll stand by you
Try not to cry little one
My heart is your stone
I'll throw with you

'Ayn Jalut where David slew Goliath
This very same place that we be at
Passing through the sands of times
This land's been the victim of countless crimes
From Crusaders and Mongols
to the present aggression
Then the Franks, now even a crueller oppression
If these walls could speak,
imagine what would they say

For me in this path that I walk on
there's only one way
Bullets may kill, bones may break
Still I throw stones like David before me and I say

You, you're not aware
That we're aware
Of your despair
Your nightmares will end
This I promise, I promise

No llores, no pierdas la fe
La sed la calma el que haze
Agua de la arena
Y tu que te levantas con orgullo entre las piedras
Haz hecho mares de este polvo
Don't cry, don't lose faith
The one who made water come out of the sand
Is the one who quenches the thirst
And you who rise proud from between the stones
Have made oceans from this dust

I throw stones at my eyes
'cause for way too long they've been dry
Plus they see what they shouldn't from oppressed babies to thighs
I throw stones at my tongue
'cause it should really keep its peace
I throw stones at my feet
'cause they stray and lead to defeat
A couple of big ones at my heart
'cause the thing is freezing cold
But my nafs is still alive
and kicking unstoppable and on a roll
I throw bricks at the devil so I'll be sure to hit him
But first at the man in the mirror
so I can chase out the venom

Hmm, a little boy shot in the head
Just another kid sent out to get some bread
Not the first murder nor the last
Again and again a repetition of the past
Since the very first day same story
Young ones, old ones, some glory
How can it be, has the whole world turned blind?
Or is it just 'cause it's only affecting my kind?!
If these walls could speak,
imagine what would they say
For me in this path that I walk on
there's only one way
Bullets may kill, bones may break
Still I throw stones like David before me and I say

Be Not Disunited
Lesson - 60
Aal Imran (Family of Imran)

"O you who believe, keep your duty to Allah (itaq-ullah), as it ought to be kept, and die not unless you are Muslims. And hold fast by the covenant (habl-Allah) of Allah all together and be not disunited. And remember Allah's favour to you when you were enemies, then He united your hearts so by His favour you became brethren. And you were on the brink of a pit of fire, then He saved you from it. Thus Allah makes clear to you His messages that you may be guided. And from among you there should be a party who invite to good and enjoin the right and forbid the wrong. And these are they who are successful." (Ch. 3:101-103)
Islam the religion of humanity

These are the first three verses of the eleventh section of chapter Aal Imran. In several sections prior to this, the People of the Book are repeatedly invited to Islam with the following arguments:

1. Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was the very same promised prophet about whom all the earlier prophets had taken a covenant of acceptance from their followers.

2. The spiritual center of the Holy Prophet i.e., the Kaabah ( House Of God at Mecca ) is the very same House of God built by prophet Adam, patriarch of the human race. This unique position therefore makes it possible for all the different nations to abandon their spiritual centers and unite together in facing the Kaabah.

3. From this House Of God was raised the last of the Prophets Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, for whose advent the great patriarch Abraham had prayed. Prophet Abraham is accepted as a prophet by all nations. People should therefore, also accept Islam, which recognizes the prophets of all nations and their scriptures, to be from God. This recognition is granted despite the fact that these scriptures may have been lost altogether or altered by interpolation.

4. In the Holy Quran is gathered and preserved all those righteous teachings of these scriptures which needed to be saved for posterity.

In the light of these arguments, one can conclude that the Holy Quran and Holy Prophet Muhammad are in the unique position of uniting all of humanity. This was the sum and substance of the discussion in the few sections prior to this one.

Muslims warned against disunity

In this section, the Muslims are informed that if they are unable to maintain unity amongst themselves, and there is dissension amongst their ranks, they would be committing a grave sin and inequity not worthy of forgiveness by Allah, the Most High. That is why the first verse of this section states:
